Relative Major and Minor KeysRelative Major and minor keys share the same key signature but have different tonics. Each Major key's relative minor key is found one Major sixth above (or a minor third below) the root of the Major key. Conversely, each minor key's relative Major key is found one Major sixth below (or one minor third above) the root of the minor key.
